Information we collect
If you request the newsletter, we store your email address, the sign-up source, and a private confirmation record. We record consent only after you confirm ownership through the email we send. If you contact us, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you submit.
We also use aggregate website analytics to understand page views, referral sources, general device or browser information, and country-level traffic. TwoBees also retains daily, path-level page-view totals for its quality observation programme. Those internal counts do not store query strings, visitor identifiers, email addresses, IP addresses, or advertising profiles. We do not ask for sensitive personal data.
To identify browser-security problems, TwoBees keeps 90 days of daily totals grouped only by general page type, security-policy rule, and resource class. These reports exclude full URLs, query strings, IP addresses, visitor identifiers, user agents, and exact event times.
How we use information

TwoBees does not sell newsletter or contact information.
Services and retention
TwoBees uses service providers for hosting, databases, and analytics, and may use a specialist provider for newsletter delivery. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own security and privacy commitments.
Pending confirmation records expire and are removed after a limited retention period. Subscription records are retained while you remain subscribed and as needed to honour an unsubscribe request. Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve and document the enquiry.
Your choices
You may ignore a confirmation email without being subscribed, unsubscribe from future messages, or ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Use the contact form and select a clear subject. Rights may vary by location.
Children and changes
TwoBees is a general-audience news publication and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above will show the latest revision.
